Motentra runs this website. This page explains, in plain language, what the site collects and what happens to it. It covers motentra.com and analytics on app.motentra.com. Other use of the application is covered by your customer agreement.

What the demo form collects

If you book a demo, we ask for your name, work email, phone number, company name and fleet size. The notes field is optional. We use these to contact you about a demo and to prepare for that conversation. Nothing else.

What the site collects automatically

  • Your IP address is checked briefly when you submit the form, to limit how many submissions can come from one address in an hour. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.
  • If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, sessions, device information, and general engagement. Google receives technical information, including your IP address, when your browser contacts its service. We do not send names, emails, form contents, or fleet records to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Google Analytics is also contacted if you accept analytics cookies.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored on our own server and emailed to us at hello@motentra.com. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry details with anyone, and you will not be added to a reseller list.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries until you ask us to remove them, or until they are clearly no longer relevant. Ask and we will delete yours.

Your choices

Email hello@motentra.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action it rather than argue about it.

You can decline analytics and continue using Motentra. To change your choice, clear Motentra site data in your browser or change this website’s analytics preference. The website and app remember choices separately. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
