These terms cover your use of the motentra.com website. They are not the agreement that governs the Motentra application — that is a separate contract entered into by customers.

Using this site

You are welcome to read the site, share links to it and book a demo. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful through the demo form.

Booking a demo is not a contract

Submitting the demo form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything. Pricing discussed on a call is indicative until it is written down.

What is on the page

  • Product screenshots on this site are illustrative recreations of the Motentra interface, and the fleet numbers, vehicle names and people shown in them are invented sample data, not a real customer.
  • Descriptions of what the product does are accurate at the time of writing, and the product changes. If a specific capability matters to you, ask on the call and get it confirmed.
  • Anything about features in development is a statement of intent, not a commitment to a date.

Our content

The text, design, logo and product imagery on this site belong to Motentra. Quote us, link to us, and use short extracts with attribution. Do not republish the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself.
